What’s the technology standard of WANBON MACHINERY Overwrapping Machine ?

 Technical requirement of high end Cellophane wrapping machines

The wrapping speed of the overwrapping machine should be infinitely adjustable, and the wrapping size range should meet the design requirements.

The availability of machine shall not be less than 95%.

The wrapped bag and its sealing quality shall meet the following requirements:

1. For color-coded packaging bags, the error between the cutting position and the predetermined position is <=3 mm
2. The sealing area should be smooth, firm, with clear embossing, and must not exhibit scorching or puncturing phenomena.

c.There should be no air leakage at the sealing part of the finished bag, unless there is no air tightness requirement. The quality qualification rate of finished bags and their seals shall not be lower than 95%.

The wrapping machine should run smoothly, with no jamming of moving parts, flexible, coordinated and accurate movements, and the control operating mechanism can be adjusted according to the design requirements.

The wrapping machine used for packaging food or medicine should be made of stainless, nontoxic and chemically stable materials in contact with the wrapping materials and packaging materials, and should comply with the relevant provisions of food hygiene.

The electrical control of the wrapping machine should be safe and reliable, and the insulation resistance between the live part and the metal shell of the machine body should not be less than 1mω. The machine should also have good grounding protection measures, and the resistance between the main grounding terminal and any metal parts with potential insulation damage should not be greater than 0.1Ω.

The noise of air-wrapped charter flight should not be greater than 70dB(A)

The appearance quality of the wrapping machine shall meet the following requirements:

The exposed surface should be smooth and clean, without obvious uneven concave and convex defects, and should be treated with anti-rust

The plating surface should be uniform in color and luster, and there should be no blistering, delamination and other phenomena

The surface paint quality shall comply with ZB J50 011, and the gloss of paint layer shall not be less than 75%

The fitting gaps of doors, covers and covers shall be uniform
