1. When the temperature of pillow packing machine is too high, the speed is too slow, and the heat resistance of the outer coating is poor, the seal will show the mark of scorch. The maintenance method is to adjust the speed, reduce the temperature, change the film material.
2. When the knife holder is too high or too low, the packing speed is too fast, and the putter is not synchronized with the cutter, it will cut into the product. The maintenance method is to reduce the packaging speed, adjust the height of the end sealing parts, so that the sealing knife center in the middle of the product height.
3. When the film color standard is too light , the film drive slips, and the color standard tracking is not turned on, the cutting position will deviate from the color standard. The maintenance method is: refer to the packaging machine manual, adjust its sensitivity. In the human-computer dialog interface, switch the tracking mode to “tracking cut”.
4. When the solid state breaker burns out, the temperature control meter is damaged, and the thermocouple is damaged, the thermometer cannot control the temperature. The maintenance method is to replace the electric couple, replace the temperature control table (see the figure on the right), replace the heating element.
5. When the packing machine speed is too fast, the inner layer of the envelop heat sealing is poor, and the temperature is too low, the sealing can appear leak seal or not firm. The maintenance method is to slow down the packaging machine, adjust the temperature, and replace the film material.
6. When the air pressure of packing machine is wrong, the cylinder swing rod is loose, the heating temperature is low, and the hot pressing roller and the transmission roller are not parallel, there will be bad heat sealing. The maintenance method is to adjust the parallelism, adjust the temperature and air pressure to tighten it. If found hot hand should stop heating, need to cool before working. It is important to note that the induction aviation plug must be inserted before the power is switched on, and lock the screw. Do not use metal cover or metal container, let alone on the metal table press the start button, otherwise it will damage the machine. During working, the surface of the sensor head should be touched frequently to check whether it is overheated.
