Daily maintenance of packaging machinery
The key to maintenance of packaging machinery: cleaning, tightening, adjustment, lubrication, and corrosion protection.
In the normal production process, each machine maintenance staff should strictly perform various maintenance tasks within the specified period according to the maintenance manual and maintenance procedures of the packaging equipment of the machine, reduce the wear speed of parts, eliminate hidden dangers of failure, and extend the machine Life.
Maintenance is divided into: routine maintenance, regular maintenance (divided into: primary maintenance, secondary maintenance, and tertiary maintenance), special maintenance (divided into seasonal maintenance, disable maintenance).
Focus on cleaning, lubrication, inspection and tightening. Routine maintenance should be carried out as required during and after work.
The primary maintenance work is carried out on the basis of routine maintenance. The key tasks are lubrication, tightening and inspection of all relevant parts and their cleaning.
The secondary maintenance work focuses on inspection and adjustment. Specifically check the engine, clutch, transmission, transmission components, steering and brake components.
The three-level maintenance focuses on detecting, adjusting, eliminating hidden troubles and balancing the degree of wear of various components. Performing diagnostic testing and stating inspection on the parts that affect the performance of the equipment and the parts with fault signs, and then completing the necessary replacement, adjustment and troubleshooting.
Seasonal maintenance refers to the inspection and repair of components such as the fuel system, hydraulic system, cooling system and start-up system of packaging equipment before summer and winter.
Disable maintenance refers to cleaning, plastic surgery, matching, and anti-corrosion work when packaging equipment needs to be out of service for a period of time due to seasonal factors (such as winter holidays).
